Everyone’s off day is Wednesday, however once a month on your off day you’re required to drive to spring for about 5 hours for no pay “team meetings” they call it. Even though it’s your off day, they will write you up if you don’t. The doctors are also a bit racist, up charging Latin & black communities. they say things like “well if they can afford ___ they can afford dental”. Do not eat in the lunch room, as Parthriv Mehta doesn’t respect lunch break & will come in there & discuss work whilst you’re on your break. EAT IN YOUR CAR to avoid this. Parthiv Mehta also likes to belittle employees, beware of his “oh so nice” persona. No one last more than a year there, you will see.
