      -Lots of flexibility around work schedule -Great, interesting coworkers who have outsides lives and interests -Free snacks -Great office location

      Cons

      -Management team is very inexperienced -COO (now CEO) lacks experience and transparency -Sales group is dysfunctional -Management doesn't know how to incentivize the sales team -Sales goals are unrealistic and often times disconnected from reality

      - all remote - people are great to work with - work life balance

      Cons

      If you're looking for an in person or hybrid setup this place would not be so good. Although some cities have more employees that like to meetup every now and then.
