Letting the wrong people go. Now I will agree some that were recently let go went with good reason. But the evaluation in who was let go and who was kept, should have been better. The staff that actually helped students and built relationships with other campuses, faculty, and most importantly students were swooped up in the mix. And staff that should go is still there at some locations. Sometimes staff feels like a name on a screen to upper management and easily replaced rather than the very people who are helping students achieve the goal of a better future.
