Thank you for your review. We appreciate your acknowledgement of our positive company culture. It is disheartening to hear that a tenured employee of 10+ years would choose to use a public forum to state their concerns instead of reaching out to Human Resources directly or utilize our anonymous hotline. My first question would be why an employee would continue to work in an organization as described below for over a decade without ever taking the opportunity to bring potential issues to the attention of anyone within the organization and instead say “why bother?” The claim that we discriminate is patently false and again begs the question as to why an employee would work in any company that would engage in such unethical behavior. We would recommend the poster of this review consider finding alternate employment that may better suit them. We provide all employees the opportunity to discuss any questions or concerns they may have in a safe and respectful manner and welcome the opportunity to take action against any behavior that is not in the best interest of our students and employees.
