Unscrupulous and Favoritism. - Adjunct Faculty Charter College Employee Review

Thank you for your review and we appreciate your acknowledgement of our competitive pay and amazing colleagues. We make it important to read and assess the critiques received, and are committed to continuous improvement based on all feedback, positive and negative. Reviews such as this are not written in an effort to educate us on how we can improve as an organization, and it certainly does not provide a fair and balanced assessment of the campus or the company. Spewing anger and vitriol in an effort to damage and undermine the credibility of the very colleagues they previously praised is absurd and telling. Remaining with a company as described by the poster for over a year strains all credibility and only magnifies the lack of integrity of the person making such venomous statements. As the CEO, I believe it is important to respond to everyone who wishes to express their opinion of their time with us and know with certainty that discerning and fair-minded folks understand and read this for what it is. We really are sorry this employee failed to meet even the minimum expectation of this position. We’re also sorry that anger and resentment usurped their integrity and rationality when writing this review. But we’re certainly not sorry we made the decision to part ways.
