Pros
Pay is decent. Students are wonderful.
Cons
Upper management is as bad as all these reviews would have you believe. Unethical, slimy, malicious and deceitful. It is very much an environment that is do as I say, not what I do. If you can handle the paradox of working in this type of environment, then good on you. For me, it was extremely anxiety producing to put up with the gaslighting from upper management. They don’t value education more than they value making money. And so, they will feed you whatever you want to hear so they can either make money off of you (students) or exploit your talent and energy (faculty and staff). It is ALL about their bottom line. And that saddens me. Their tactics are predatory for sure. Perhaps not in a legal sense, but definitely still predatory. Read the reviews. Read about the repeated cold calling that’s expected. There’s the formulas they use to figure out how many students (literally just numbers to them) will actually show up and start the program. But again, it’s just math. It’s just numbers. And I say that because they very much lack the genuine care and concern for the human behind that number. One can only hope that the on the ground management and staff will care about the students. But they have to go do that without getting caught it or they will be another one of the casualties who is terminated because they're “not the right fit.” This company is the dirtiest I was ever conned into working for. And I was silly enough to take the job because I didn’t believe the reviews on here (the told me not to. They said the reviews were all just disgruntled employees. You can see they believe that if you pay attention to how they respond to these comments. All they want to do is discredit the employee or cause you as the reader to doubt).
