Thank you for the 5 Star review and the recommendation working at Charter. Like you 94% of Charter employees this year acknowledged in our annual survey that they too would recommend Charter to a friend to work here. We appreciate the statement about our benefits and our intent each year is to keep our medical plan costs low for everyone. Year over year if any savings are made because of low utilization, those monies go right back to the employees savings on the plan. We know there is work to do as well. Our benefits plan is comprehensive, including medical, dental, and vision, where employee only coverage is 20% of the premium for the employee. Charter provides free short and long term disability, as well, in case an employee has a serious medical condition and a 401k with a match, We have many voluntary products, plus paid time off, paid holidays and paid bereavement.
