4yThank you so much for your 3 Star review and for your comments about our great employees and how providing education to our students is fulfilling. We too think our employees are great people and do wonderful work to ensure our students are successful in the classroom to obtain the needed skill set for their career.
We also saw turnover in the academic world and took action to remedy this. Just under a year ago we realized that on-boarding needed to change to ensure all instructors had the tools needed to be successful in the classroom. We hired additional team members that have partnered with the HR Instructional Designer to create on-boarding training updating our New Faculty Orientation, creating Program Specific training and simulated online classroom management for the academic team.
The launch of these new tools has greatly assisted instructors in their development and easy access to solution driven trainings.
We also acknowledge that things do change in for-profit education but we do our best to communicate changes as they happen. We filter change through management, send important change emails, have quarterly all employee meetings and department monthly messages as well as employee newsletters with updates. We hope employees see these communication tools as useful and ask questions if they have them.
