Thank you for the 4 Star review and the wonderful comments about the great working environment and our CEO rating. We do focus heavily on our outcomes as well as always looking to ensure we follow this regulated ever changing education environment. But we know a win for the student is a win for Charter but our employees are the key! As the reviewer stated, we do have change in management which can mean promotions or restructuring which provides opportunities for many. This can sometimes create frustration when we have processes and connections with these employees. We appreciate all that you do and know it's employees like you make Charter a great place to work!
