Not the College It used to be - Campus Manager Charter College Employee Review

We would like to thank the reviewer for their perspective about working at Charter. It is hard to hear that there was not one mention about working with students or as a Campus Manager their role in helping our students achieve their dream or the rewarding support they provided. It is true the outcome of the pandemic did result in the company making many hard decisions and many that employees would not understand unless they saw the details that must be considered. We can say that since the beginning of the 2023-year Charter has had the privilege of increasing our student enrollments, retention rates and graduating more students since the pandemic. Getting students to work is happening and we could not be prouder of the hard work each employee has done to make this happen. Thank you for your time at Charter.
