10yYou are correct, there was a change in leadership at the Lynnwood campus and as a result, retention, student, and employee satisfaction are all improved. Part of management is making decisions that are sometimes not popular, but necessary none the less. Your statement that campuses come and go quickly would appear to be inaccurate and is perhaps mistaken. We have opened 14 locations, closed one and have 10 more opening in 2016. We like to hire people who “own their jobs.” People looking for a “pit stop” are probably not suited for the company. With growth comes change and some are better equipped with others to be successful in a dynamic, fast growing company.
