Thank you for your feedback about your experience with Charter and we truly appreciate your time with us and all you have done for the students. A reduction in force is so hard to go through and is something that we hope we never have to do. The decision is never entered into without a lot of thought about options first. We hope you are doing well. While the employee only option for benefits is covered at 80%, we do acknowledge that benefits are expensive for family that are added to the plan. Every year we focus on providing the best plan choices that we can, but realize that medical costs seem to only increase each year. We wish you the best going forward.
