Turnover is through the roof! The Admission Representative position is a trap. They con you with good pay, but neglect to tell you that your job is constantly on line. The metrics they demand that this position meets are grueling and unrealistic. Micromanagement from upper managment is out of hand. Upper management seems to have nothing better to do than to watch the cameras...The COO likes to tell people who they can and can't talk to. They expect you to lie to potential students to get them enrolled at any cost.
