More focused on money than quality - Trade Instructor Charter College Employee Review

The management team was constantly cycling through campus presidents, deans, etc. There was no stability and no room for advancement. Upper management rewarded admissions personnel constantly but hardly gave any time or praise to the instructors, who dealt with the students (and their life issues) on a daily basis.
