      Cons

      A lot of good ol' boys. Plenty of racism but what else is expected when everyone that works there is from around the Saukville area.

      Strong collaborative environment. People that are eager to partner to achieve new goals. Good training and they truly invest in their people.

      Cons

      Can be a busy place to work but if you prioritize and partner with your other departments you will create a great work life balance.
