The Hours are very flexible

The regulations are not consistent

It's a job, and I am grateful for it.

The clients whims and desires must be a priority and that means staff must do exactly what is asked of them and nothing else. It is sad that contractors are treated with such a condescending nature without any backing from Charter Management for fear of losing the contract.
