Charter Solutions really cares about their employees and goes out of their way to make the experience the best it can be. Their ethics and honesty are demonstrated every step of the way, standing behind their consultants (including both full-time and subcontractors) to ensure they have what they need to be successful!
Cons
There really isn't anything that stands out as a downside. The work is interesting, challenging, and leading edge while the management team stands behind you 100%!
