Pros

The chairman appears to be a good businessman acquiring other businesses and they do seem really good at expanding the company to make themselves bigger. Unfortunately, this is really where the pros stop.

Cons

- The environment of the office is very... temperamental. - The company is very focused on the sales side of the business, which I understand as they need to grow and make money, but every other team feels completely abandoned. - No effort was made, at the time, to hire more staff as the company expanded - as the company expands, so do the teams, that was something that appeared completely lost. - Micro-managing, this wasn't always an issue but something that eventually appeared and it brought down the morale of the team. - Clear desk policy, personally this wasn't something I was keen on, is there something wrong with wanting to put pictures of family on your desk? - The company were very quick to fire people they didn't like, this wasn't experienced during my time but this was something I heard from multiple people. - The atmosphere in the office on most days wasn't good, people were trying to work and have a good time while doing it but you always felt like management were "making notes" of this. - There was no trust in any of the staff, this was something you could feel in the office every day, personally I never felt like my job was safe there.

Pros

The Salary is quite generous, but comes at the price of having to work like a dog.

Cons

very little job autonomy! this company only cares about there employees hitting targets, which creates a pretty miserable work place. The best way to describe working here is like being at school and getting told off for talking. Micromanagement is on another level at this company, they will control every little task you do. there is no real freedom to go out of the lines or suggest any new ideas of doing anything. Staff Retention is also very poor! Within the time I was there my team had 8 employees that had started and left, and I was only working at the company for a year and a half.

Pros

They know how to spend money on branding. Coffee was somewhat adequate. Leaving felt like a weight off the shoulders.

Cons

Sub-par wages. Very high staff turnaround. Relentless and often unnecessary micromanagement. Particular members of management and directorship not following due process (my direct experience of leadership from this company was particularly poor). Unfair treatment toward staff members. Repeated instances of poorly distributed workloads from management. Complete absence of job security.
