      Pay was decent if you can put up with all the negativity.

      Cons

      Poorly staffed. Upper management is not helpful and only there to reprimand you. Will set you up to fail but question you why you did. Balancing client, students, union cooks and Chartwells management is impossible and will drive you crazy.
