      Benetis and PTO are great, would recommend a different department to get into Chase

      Cons

      Micro-managed, depending on your lead it will be great or awful. Not very honest in hiring people, the metrics are ridiculous and hard to achieve. Score card is ridiculous, but most people quit and won't last the year in this department.

      Great benefits and team atmosphere. Great training and team support. Great incentive program for investment clients.

      Cons

      Cold calling the same leads every few weeks. Some slow days. Takes a long time to move up
