Pros

There are few pros to working at Chase, it does look good on your resume though. Health insurance is good but the cost is high. 401k is competitive with others and pension plan is available. There are some quality people working for the bank, but their spirit has been broken through years of micro managing district and market managers. The bonuses can be good, if your in an area that has a lot of traffic. Don't go here for the money unless you are being hired in a affluent area, even then there are much better options for you to make money.

Cons

As a banker the salary is terrible and there is no raise, if you want more money work harder and sell more. Management from the branch level up is incompetent and arrogant. Can't trust management either, they ask what they can do for you, or where you want to be in the future, but they are only interested in how you are going to get their bonus for them. Employees are pushed to call from lists in order to generate business, the call lists are always the same people or 'potential customers' that live 45 minutes from the nearest branch.
