      Benefits and many departments to move to within the company. Competitive compensation. Nice work environment. Great incentives as an employee.

      Cons

      Discrepancies in relaying information from management to hourly workers. Shifts are not that flexible. Some departments do not have bonuses.

      Chase pays you?(not well). They'll move you for 'growth'.

      Cons

      Don't take the bait, it's not worth your time if you have a college degree. If you have a disability, they will not be willing to accommodate it. Learn how to be fake in personality, then you will be able to succeed here, otherwise look for a growing sector.
