Pros
Great pay for part-time student, amazing technology for tellers compared to other big banks, great PTO (about 2 weeks including sick), great week long full-time training.
Cons
It really depends on who you're working with, it can be good or bad. I had the best tellers working with me, but my supervisor aka Vice President, sucked. The manager only really cared about the bankers and their sales targets. They also break the law in regards to reporting time worked each day. Frequent interrupted mandatory breaks as well as incorrect time reporting.
