Pros
JPMC is a very strong company and pays their branch staff fairly. They do give great benefits and they have reasonably good opportunities to move up in the company. It's fair to say that they probably have the best senior management in the financial world right now.
Cons
Hit-or-miss branch management staff is one problem I've noticed. Another issue includes the pressure to sell items that we dont really make enough money on. Also, keeping the savings and CD rates so low right now doesnt give us much of a chance when it comes to customer retention. Finally, the 2009 compensation plan should be reviewed.
