This company started with a simple dream. “To build lifelong relationships through trust and blah blah”. Jamie Dimon makes millions and this is a TRILLION DOLLAR COMPANY. I worked in Orlando call center and Tampa and I can tell you it’s full of sharks that are just lurking for a bite out of someone so that they can make their own job relevant. They place people in power by how well your able to kiss a behind and not by merit. The person responsible for the Orlando site always accepted my appointment but would eventually cancel. He did this around 5 times. I applied for management only to be told that a less tenured person got the job because she applied THREE times. I was told I did an excellent job. When I reached out for feedback no one wanted to provide me a straight answer. I came back because I though maybe it was me and I do have passion for this company only to work for some of the most narcissist individuals on planter earth. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! They are shipping all jobs overseas and believe me will not give to cares when it’s time to eliminate your position and say bye! I have seen this numerous times.
