      Great vacation for officers, Bright future for company, solid financial picture. CEO is one of the most notable Financial Figureheads this era.

      Cons

      Great vacation package, but most employees are not able to take all of their vacation. Work-life balance is poor in the retail bank as a Branch Manager.
