Pros
Great opportunity for bonuses. Chase is a very stable company with great benefits, great retirement plan, and great health benefits.
Cons
Employees are expected to work a lot of hours. In the retail branches, expectations and goals can be set with unrealistic expectations. Also, the Profits & Loss is 'fake' and therefore not all branches are compared based on realistic numbers.
