Pros
Good set of technologies but projects get stuck or run as "tech first" rather than "customer/business first".
Cons
Break even is an unreachable goal because new projects get started before running projects get delivered. Hence, "insiders" just keep moving from one project to another dumping them after they have to actually address customers' needs.
