You’re trusted to do your work and given space to grow, which has made a huge difference in my career development. If you’re the kind of person who likes to take initiative and learn by doing, this place gives you that opportunity. Also, the product is solving real problems in hiring and onboarding, which makes the work feel meaningful.
Cons
With growth comes change — priorities can shift quickly, so being adaptable is important. Things aren’t always perfectly buttoned up (startup life), but that’s part of the deal when you’re building something new.
