Pros
Chaucer has a great management team who works well with the employees and allows them to flourish in their areas of expertise. As an experienced consultant, I appreciate the trust that is given to me to know how to do my job and do it well. The whole Chaucer team works very collaborative and is always willing to step in and help on a project, if needed. There is a great synergy among the team.
Cons
Chaucer America is a small company, and the only con I see with the company is that they do not have a deep portfolio. Senior management is working toward rectifying this situation. There is excellent work going on within the company to develop a compelling branding strategy to generate more business.
