Poor salaries and benefits despite alleged 'benchmarking'. A lot of mediocre talent promoted for sales/popularity over actual competency. Lack of identity and clarity of offerings in the marketplace, go to market propositions created without any real clue as to how they will be sold or delivered. People focus is all surface, consultants are placed on engagements with no consideration of their skills, experience or desired career path in consulting.
