Good working environment, you work well with most of the colleagues

Few career opportunities, rare salary increases, there is no budget for new non-core initiatives (e.g. technology innovation)

Friendly colleagues and informal atmosphere (for a bank).

Lack of communication and sharing of informations. Almost no salary increase (when offered it's ridiculous). Bad marketing and innovation choices. Lot of chaos in decision process. No knowledge-sharing between peers: hard to learn new things.
