Not worth the constant stress! - Shift Runner Cheap as Chips Employee Review

Overworked and underpaid! I was expected to empty over 20 pallets as well as serve customers and train other staff (not in my contract) only with 2 staff on the floor for the entire day! I was basically working as an assistant manager, pressured by upper management to meet daily sales targets and if the store wasn't meeting those targets then our rostered hours would be reduced and we were severely short-staffed to get stock on the floor. The worst part of the job was constantly stressing about work on my days off and having the roster change almost every single day.
