      Pros

      There is nothing positive to say about this company. They lie to and cheat the employees and customers. Do not go to work for them.

      Cons

      The corp. management will lie to you in a heartbeat. They do not care about the employees and care even less about their customers. Told to increase number of customers even if you know they can't pay. That's what the collections dept. is for. Then they chastise you for making loans to customers who can't pay.

      Pros

      They offer in class and hands on training.

      Cons

      Most shifts has only one person working. It can be 15 people in the lobby and no one but you to help them. Raises are not that good or that often. You can be moved to a location that's not ok with you at anytime. No bonus and small incentives.
