Bad work-life balance (avoiding Corporate IM apps, enforcing engagement via Whatsapp, no respect to off-hours)
Abusive management, promoted to maintain the toxic culture and pushing employees by intimidation.
No investment in good people - all leave after a while with no incentives to stay and grow in-house.
Very cheap culture (They do invest a lot in PR though) - pay, bonuses, 10bis, events if any.
Very poor HR with no power or will to maintain the employee experience or improve the culture.
Work atmosphere is very not collaborative, especially across teams/groups. All run away from taking responsibility not to be blamed and targeted.
