The company has an excellent onboarding process that helps freshers acclimate quickly. The mentorship program is top-notch, with senior employees being very approachable and eager to guide new hires. The team is very supportive, making the transition from academia to the professional world much smoother.
Cons
From my perspective as a fresher, I have not encountered any significant drawbacks during my time here. The company provides a supportive and enriching environment that has met all my expectations.
