It's a small team, so we work extremely hard (pro and con) and often times take company calls outside of typical working hours.

- Ambitious and fast moving company - Culture is awesome - Human beings with relatable values (no BS, etc) - Early adopters for new technical innovations - High ownership culture with good accountability, empowered to own things - Reasonable expectations without being slowed down by meetings and 'non agile' nonsense

- Sometimes immature with internal processes - Customer vs Tech Debt vs Feature vs Innovation balance same as everywhere else - Need a 2nd fridge for drinks
