      Pros

      Long hours, which allows the minimum wage to stack up nicely. Setting up and tearing down bouncy castles is hard, but the in between is a nice break

      Cons

      Workers safety is a joke. Robert speaks his mind and does not care about whether he says it with respect or not. Lunch break doesn't exist.

      Pros

      Enjoyed talking with customers and the concept of working for a company selling fun products

      Cons

      The management was very poor, and almost abusing of the work force, all employees being frequently belittled, the very agressive treatment of employees, expecting people to work an average of 60+ hours per week (and being yelled at if wanting to not do that)

      Outdoors, flexible hours, lots to do in the summer

      Stress, winter, cleaning machines that have been driven back.
