Good Co-Workers. If you want to do the same job again and again without learning you can join here(This is for 1 or 2 years and you will be fired for sure). They say notice period 1 month while you join but that will be changed to 2 or 3 months after you join . If you ask they will say we have changed the policy and if you ask more they will simply say if you are not ok with it you can leave the organization.

Worst management and Leadership team. You will face lots and lots of external problems other than work problems. They promise you with false benefits and they just like that say they have changed the policies after you join the organization. Too much of work pressure. Zero job security. They always fire people in January and February to give hike to few people with the salary they save from fired employees.

U can come to office by 9 start home by 5.45. But u gotta sit infront of the system for the whole 9 hrs except lunch break of half an hour sharp.

They dont care you work or not. All that they need is to juz stare the system for whole 8.30 hrs. No Guidence. No Job Security. One fine day u ll be fired and the best part u dont know y and u are not even given a chance to explain. Lotta internal politics.
