Pros
Some good people still remain here, its a great location to get to and from in South Jersey. Benefits are just as competitive as anywhere else. We have pay bands to keep up with market value. Dont expect to be overpaid, but you wont be underpaid either.
Cons
It is difficult to answer. CKP has been acquired so there are lots of layoffs. It seems pretty heartless how they determine who stays and goes as well. You cant blame CKP current staff for this, but be advised of how those lay-offs may effect the person interviewing you and the team you may meet.
