Pros
Flexible schedule, relaxed atmosphere. My direct manager is great, she has been always kind and attentive to the members of her team, setting up meetings to go over internal affairs so we could all be on the same page and clear any questions we had.
Cons
This company was sold last year to CCL, since then everything changed. They announced the company was moving all operations to KY, so most people quit because they could not relocate. Many others made arrangements to travel and relocate just to be told a few months later that the company would not relocate. Just this last week we went trough this again and now they are relocating to NJ. All employees will be out of a job. Really sad.
