Cons

While it is a major benefit to have nearly unrestricted access to the latest AI models, I feel there is a systemic lack of organization regarding their usage. The rapid, near-100% shift toward AI-driven workflows has introduced immature processes, leading to unclear ownership and low mastery among teams. Additionally, managers face significant time constraints, and excessive weekly meetings constantly disrupt focus and cause context switching. In this fast-paced era of adopting AI to scale production by 2x to 10x to 100x, we need more structured guardrails and uninterrupted time to maintain quality and true ownership.

Great insurance. Learning Stipends, etc

Cons

-Senior leadership only cares about what is new and shiny. -They treat AI like a religion. Forcing everyone to use AI for everything as though we don't realize that the end goal is to eliminate our roles - All Hands Meetings every month where Senior Leadership pats themselves on the back while ignoring any existing issues. - Support is treated like a necessary evil instead of a fundamental part of doing business. Would prefer to ship the roles overseas or replace with AI - Extremely high attrition for Senior Leadership.
