This company hires people in huge masses, and subsequently laying off huge masses of people. This company has increased the staff, and laid off large groups more the 4 times in the 6 years that they have been at their location in West Bridgewater. They are not selective in who they layoff...both good and underqualified employees go be the wayside. This creates a very poor working culture amongst the factory workers.
