Pros
they got climate control and its a clean work environment.
Cons
Night Shift has 2 guys to fix 55 lines of equipment and from the second you punch in on the production floor you will work like a slave and they treat you like a 5 year old, you must sign out when you use the bathroom - time left and time return. They will tell you things to protect them selves like in inclement weather you are not obligated to come in to work but if you call in they will right you up for it even when the governor says to stay off the roads, they will be open! when you get your days off you will be so mentally and physically tired it takes 4 days to re cooperate just to go back and get you butt kicked again. in the 12 hour shift you will walk 14 miles a night not to mention all the wrenching. this place blows!
