Food truck was always a little stressful packing up for events but all the events in or around san antonio were fun to go to. Cheesy Janes is a yummy place to work too!

In the summer its very hot, and that can be taxing in the south texas heat. But they did supply a nice ryobi fan that was cordless, and they have a nice awning on the food truck too for shade.
