Pros

The company allows you to learn a lot about different technologies. The office is in a great location with access to many subway station.

Cons

Where do i start .... The pay is low compared to other MSP that i worked for. We are under staffed thus having to take on a lot of the work load. There is no room for growth, you are either desktop support or a system engineer. Management and the higher ups do not have respect for their employees. They regularly have an attitude and speak down to their employees in front of ours. The company lacks social events which i think are very important in our industry.

Pros

The work is pretty interesting because you deal with different client systems and technical issues. Managers usually trust engineers to handle things, without constantly checking up on every little thing. The team is competent and helpful, and you get good exposure to different types of work, which helps you build practical experience pretty quickly. The pay and benefits are competitive, and the workload is manageable most of the time (outside of urgent support situations).

Cons

Occasional need for after-hours support
