Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I am sorry to read that your experience with ChemDesign and our team did not meet your expectations. We take all feedback seriously and aim to continuously improve our processes and culture. If you are willing to share more specific details about your experience, we would be happy to discuss them further with you. Best of luck in your future endeavors.
Learned how a process engineer is utilized in a chemical manufacturing facility.
Gained supervising experience as I hired contractors for numerous projects throughout my time as an intern.
The coworkers were all helpful as I learned my way around the facility and willing to lend a hand in situations I was new to.
ChemDesign gave me the chance to experience a new level of education that you cant learn in school such as how to work with real life situations and solving problems from a new perspective.
Cons
With all the new chemical operations that start up month to month, its hard to maintain up to date files and stay organized.
