Retaliation. Tattling. Bullying. Lying. Gossip. Marginalization. Gaslighting. Horrible leadership and toxic environment. Not a good company. Look elsewhere!!! Toxic environment with poor and greedy leadership. They act unfairly and biased with favoritism. Very stressful with long hours and high expectations. Company only cares about bottom line and letting go of good people, some of which are top performers because of greed. Beware if you take a job here, they clearly don't care about people. They have treated really good dedicated employees very badly in the most unexpected ways to try and get them out the door. If you invest your time and perform well it means nothing when they are seeking to make the bottom line. Now upper management only cares about bonuses in their pocket. Hard to tell once the company is sold if things will change. Until then I wouldn't bother accepting a job here unless you are desperate. Be willing to get paid below market value and treated with no respect and you may be able to survive till your next job or be willing to be treated nice to your face but be ready for that knife in your back if you don't bend over backwards for them.
