Sneaky managers. Managers show favoritism. The company used to be customer focused but is now only focused on how much profit can be made. The company has lost what originally made it a great company. Employees are over worked. Expect to work more than 40 hours. Morale is low and employees are stressed. Long term employees are looked down on and management does what they can to get rid of them. The company only wants young corporate climbers.
