      There are no benefits for employee's

      Cons

      Management will always react one way. They do not think about the employee and his career also you have to complete 6 months of the notice period and you must have to stay a minimum of 2 years and have to maintain 10 hours of office timing per day.

      Pros

      Great platform to learn things. You can take control for End-to-End Development. Full stack development for Lead level staffs.

      Cons

      No Work-Life balance. Need to be there at least 10 hours. Average Hike. No open-door policy. Need to Inform Management if you are looking out job.
